MIPAR Webinar – How to improve data quality in histological image analysis Webinars Home Our news Webinars MIPAR Webinar – How to improve data quality in histological image analysis 19/10/2020 Objectives of the webinar Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining of muscle fibers is a popular method for quantifying the morphology of tissue sections. Specifically, it is used to measure the diameter of myofibers as well as to classify degenerated and regenerated cell types. This analysis is often performed manually, which represents a significant time investment and introduces user error. This webinar will demonstrate a deep learning based solution to automate the workflow and improve data quality as well as how artificial intelligence is trained and applied. The speaker INTERVENANT PAVEL SUL | CTO – MIPAR IMAGE ANALYSIS Pavel studied biomedical engineering at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. In 2017, he deferred his graduate studies to join MIPAR. His work focuses on the practical application of artificial intelligence in computer vision when applied to materials science and biomedical research. je m’inscris Also read 17/06/2021 Ritme Innovation Leaders using Intel® oneAPI Cross-architecture Tools OneAPI is driving a new era of accelerated computing across XPU architectures (CPU, GPU, FPGA, other accelerators).
